TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Barry Doyle Design Jewellers, terms and condidtions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Please be aware that each piece of jewellery is exclusively handmade, whilst we endeavor to maintain a stock of each item there may be occasions where we have sold out of an item, if this is the case we will remake it and ship it to you within 10-14 days
This excludes custom made or bespoke pieces which will state a lead time before you purchase.
All photos are as representative of our jewellery as is possible, however some items may vary slightly as they are handmade individually.

Delievery
Delivery is based on orders being received before 12 noon. All orders received before 12 noon of instock items will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed for shipping the following working day. Working days are Mon-Fri excluding all local and national holidays.

Orders Placed will be dispatched either by An Post in Ireland or DHL or An Post for international orders . When placing an order please supply us with as much infomation as possible such as a mobile number at which you can be contacted throughout the day as well as any special delivery instructions.
We ask for this number so a courier may contact you to arrange a suitable deliver time. If you cannot be contacted on that number and the parcel is returned to us there will be an additional charge to re-send the parcel or if the order is no longer required, an administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the order value will be levied.
For peace of mind and security we only ship with a track and trace facility and all orders require a signature on delivery.

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non availability of manufactured stock or materials, delay on the part of the courier, government action , legislation or regulation of any kind, Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Barry Doyle Design Jewellers reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

If an ordered item is not in stock we will contact you to confirm a replacement or alternative deliver date.

We want our customers to feel secure when trading over the internet. We operate secure purchasing functionality employing encryption technology ensuring your card details cannot be intercepted whilst in transit.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller.
The price you pay will be the amount indicated plus any delivery charges (if applicable)
Please note the recipient of any product shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure whether these charges might apply to you, please contact your local tax or customs authority
Further Information for Overseas Customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customers credit or debit card company. Customers outside Ireland and the UK will also be liable for any customs/import duty quotas permits product restriction s and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parces. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please be advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you . Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Contract Information
The placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you. This is not binding on Barry Doyle Design Jewellers until we have informed you that the order is accepted and the goods have been dispatched. This means that if a product is shown on the site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Barry Doyle Design Jewellers shall not be obliged to sell you that product.

Force Majeure
Barry Doyle Design Jewellers shall not be liable in any way for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of goods being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond the control of Barry Doyle Design Jewellers or any acts of third parties.
