Yes, we specialise in bespoke and custom jewellery design. To start a commission, we recommend contacting us to schedule an appointment where we can discuss your design requirements in detail. Please note that it's impossible to provide a quote without knowing the specifics of the design, but our minimum charge for bespoke/remodeling work is €500. Our lead time is 6-8 weeks, and the cut-off for Christmas bespoke orders is October 1st.
Yes, we ship worldwide. We frequently send packages to the USA, UK, Australia, and many European countries. We use insured track and trace as standard, typically through An Post, the Irish national postal service. All packages are registered and tracked, and you will receive a tracking link once your package has been shipped.

Yes, you can claim VAT back on purchases made in person at our shop. However, it is not possible to claim VAT on online purchases.

We are located in a loft studio within the historic George's St Arcade, Dublin's first Victorian shopping center, built in 1881. Our original loft studio is about halfway down on the right from the George's Street entrance. In 2019, we expanded to include a ground-floor shop for convenient displays, but a visit upstairs to our studio offers the full experience of our craftsmanship.
During a consultation, we will discuss your design ideas, preferences, and budget. We will also show you a selection of gemstones and discuss different metal options.
