Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
We ship most frequently to the USA, UK and Australia and many European countries.
Will I be get a huge bill from customs on receiving my goods?
Customs charges vary greatly from country to country. Most countries have a threashold before taxes and duties are applied this is generally (but not always) imports values exceeding €200.
Most US States, for example should allow up to 10% of the value of the goods as a guide for Customs charges. NB Charges vary from State to State but that will give you a guide on imports that are deemed to be liable for duty.
You should contact your local Customs Office to clarify the charges, if any.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we do, we accept paypal payments from all countries.
How do you ship my jewellery?
We us An Post, the Irish national postal service.
All packages are registered and tracked and can be traced online @
www.anpost.ie and once the goods are received into the US they can be traced on USPS.com and in other duristictions they can be traced on the countries own National Postal Service websites.
Do you do commissioned/bespoke work?
Yes we do. A signifigant percentage of our work is done to commission. Our clients come to us with all manner of designs that they want to see made into a reality. A large proportion are wedding and engagemnt rings but not only rings many clients would like pendants, chokers, brooches, earrings, bracelets etc.
We make commissioned jewellery in silver, all colours and grades of gold, palladium and platinum.
