Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer protection law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not conform to your contract with us, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
The majority of our rings are individually manufactured specifically for each customer once an order is placed. These are not stock items.
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and each ring is manufactured according to the specifications selected by you, including (where applicable):
ring size
metal type
stone choice
finish
width
setting style
other selected options
As these rings are manufactured specifically to your chosen specifications, they are considered made-to-order goods.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This includes all custom, bespoke, and made-to-order jewellery. By placing an order for a bespoke item, you acknowledge it cannot be returned under the EU right of withdrawal."
Under Irish consumer law, the statutory 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
For this reason, once manufacture has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns because:
you have changed your mind;
the style is not what you expected;
you decide the ring does not suit you;
you no longer require the item;
you ordered the wrong size after confirming your order (unless covered by any separate resizing policy).
We encourage customers to carefully review all product information before placing an order.
Each product page contains detailed specifications, photographs and descriptions to help you make an informed decision.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
the design is suitable for their intended use;
the width and profile meet their preferences;
the metal selected is appropriate for their lifestyle;
the ring size ordered is correct.
If you are unsure about any aspect of a ring before ordering, we strongly encourage you to contact us for advice. We are happy to answer questions before manufacture begins.
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct ring size.
If you are uncertain, we recommend obtaining an accurate professional measurement before placing your order.
An incorrectly ordered size does not make the item faulty or not as described.
Where possible, we may offer a resizing service. This may incur a charge and is subject to the design and construction of the ring.
If we sell products that are not made to order and are not personalised, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition, in accordance with Irish consumer law.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a product does not conform to the contract, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with Irish consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Precious metals, gemstones and handcrafted jewellery naturally exhibit minor variations in colour, grain, texture and finish.
These natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects and do not make an item faulty.
If you have any questions about sizing, suitability, durability, design, metal choice or any other aspect of a ring, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
We are always happy to provide guidance so that you can purchase with confidence.
